I called the app store they said it would release it on September 30th.. but from what I heard from support from traction is it's held back a couple of weeks due to wrong search under skate:( so now I'm confused???
here is there Email... The game has been delayed due to apple rejecting it. The reason for rejection was that we had put 'skateboarding' as a related search term and they deemed this inappropriate. The game has been resubmitted with the invalid keyword removed and hopefully will be on sale within the next couple of weeks.
We will keep you posted.

Yeh I heard similar. I think it sux that the game was burnt for having skateboarding in the search stuff. Either way, im also hanging out for this game. I got to play it a little during the testing and it was heaps fun.

Cheers LiamFx, wasn't sure where to get the app store link from.
Im already out of my depth on the high scores. Some of these guys on day 1 are already averaging higher scores than I have come close to. I guess i must just suck....
